TIME OFF & LEAVES
Holidays

The company observes various holidays throughout its U.S.-based facilities. Exact days that the company will observe these holidays will be distributed on an annual basis. Manufacturing facilities may need to vary from this holiday schedule based on work schedules and business demands.

At the beginning of the year, a Diversity/Volunteer Day will be available as part of the paid holiday schedule. The Diversity/Volunteer Day can be utilized to allow time off in connection with those areas of diversity/personal interest that are important to associates as individuals. This day may be used for the purpose of taking time to attend events such as religious observances, veteran’s events, cultural events, parenting needs, as well as for volunteer efforts. The day should be utilized so that it best meets an associate’s individual needs.

When taken at the associate’s request, the Diversity/Volunteer Day must be taken in a full day
increment only, scheduled in advance and approved by his/her functional leader. Upon termination, associates will not be reimbursed for an unused Diversity/Volunteer Day.
