Accessing Your Account
|
JP Morgan has introduced new security features for your account. Click
here to learn more.
You may at some point want to re-allocate the current dollars in your
plan or even change your future investment elections to direct your
contributions to different funds. You can do this by visiting www.retireonline.com
(24 hours a day) or by calling JPMorgan at 1-800-345-2345. Participant
Service Representatives are available to help you weekdays from 8 a.m.
to 8 p.m. EST. Please have your social security number and your personal
access code (PAC) ready. The TDD number for participants with hearing
impairments is 1-800-345-1833.
Personal Access Codes (PAC):
You will need a personal access code (PAC) to access your retirement
plan account at JPMorgan.
The first time you log on, your User ID will be your Social Security
number, and your personal access code will be the last four digits of
your Social Security number and the MMDD of your date of birth. Example:
For someone with a Social Security number of 000-00-1234 and birth date
of November 1, the User ID would be 000001234, and the temporary personal
access code would be 12341101. Once logged on, you will be prompted
to create your own User ID and personal access code. You will use the
same User ID and personal access code to access your account over the
phone or on the website.
If you have misplaced your PAC, follow these instructions to obtain
a temporary one:
- Call JPMorgan at 1-800-345-2345 weekdays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST
to speak with a Participant Services Representative. The representative
will verify your identity and issue you a temporary PAC.
- The representative will instruct you to log in to your account at
www.retireonline.com and
complete the security access information.
- Then you will be able to enter your temporary PAC and establish
a new code that you will more easily remember.
Once you have established your identity and security information you
are protected in case you forget your access code in the future. To
recall your established access code, follow these instructions:
- Click "forgot your Personal Access Code" on the home page
of www.retireonline.com
- Enter your social security number
- Answer your security question for authentication
- Establish your new PAC
You can also call JPMorgan at 1-800-345-2345 and request a new personal
access code be sent to you via mail.
